SHIPPING POLICY

We provide EMS free shipping to Asia, Western Europe, North America, and Australia. However,Due to diverse international shipping costs,some destinations require a shipping fee: South and Central America, Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. Shipping of your package takes approximately 4 to 8 business days, anywhere in the world.

And we also offer UPS,DHL& TNT shipping methods for your options.but you have to pay the shipping charger if you choose one of them ,it is not free ;(all the shipping cost shown to you at the your order checking page)

Packages can only be shipped to the shipping address on the order invoice you provided to us. Please be certain to enter the correct address. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

Customs and Import Duties

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Shoes-jordan.com ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

RETURN POLICY

For a return and exchange requirement,pls email us about your reason and send the shoes pics as well. Meanwhile,please tell us the order # and  the item(s) # you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item. If you are exchanging merchandise, please also tell us the item # and size you`d like.

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If in case you are not satisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

All shipment charges within or after 30 days to Shoes-jordan.com will be borne be borne solely by the purchaser and an additional USD 30.00 for per item will be deducted from the refund credited in for of original payment method or merchandise credit.

If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.

We will not accept any returned merchandise without the original box/tags.

Contact our Customer Service Specialist by emailing to shoes-jordan@hotmail.com to explain your reason for returning. Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS and EMS. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.

Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the products( jordan shoes/clothing ) and the security tags are still attached. The merchandise must not have been worn or used in any way.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

Shoes-jordan.com will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 10 days from delivery date.

The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.

You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from Shoes-jordan.com before returning the merchandise. If item returned has been damaged by purchaser and is not a mechanical default due to our assembly line (which would be under warranty), repair charges will be quoted and deducted accordingly.

Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
• Your full name and the date the order was placed and received
• A list of our product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
• The reason for the return of the products

• Must be in original packaging ( with box)
• Must be in good condition
• All the jordan shoes and other products are unworn and unused
• No scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item
• Lost or stolen parts
• Damage due to personal use of negligence
• The original box and the products must not have been damaged in any way. We will not accept or return of any items with any indications that it has been worn or used.
